About the Author:
Nora Mohtadi- I am an educator with 15 years of experience and a homeschooling mother of five. My students’ curiosity about my culture inspired me to start writing. I have authored and self-published “Hijabi ABCs”, which aims to promote the representation of modest girls, and “Dreamers Like Me”, featuring 25 influential hijabi women, which received the Regal Summit Award in 2024. My most recent book, “Super Yaseen!”, draws inspiration from my twin autistic nephews and seeks to help children understand neurodiversity. Through my writing, I aspire to represent children with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
